Supervisor Training Series Part 3 – Teton County

Course Information

The Supervisor Training Series is designed for new supervisors and current supervisors who have not had supervisor training before or want to brush up on skills. The Supervisor Training Series consists of 3 parts.  Each part consists of 3 individual classes.  Classes are interactive and include real employment scenarios. 

This class is part 3 of a 3-part series for supervisors.

Part 3 Classes:  

  • Employee Evaluations
  • Disciplinary Action
  • Termination Prep 

Please note that Supervisor Training Series Part 1 is available as (3) on-demand webinars that you can access through the Member Portal. It is strongly recommended that you complete the webinars prior to attending Part 2 & 3 in-person, but is not required.

  • Supervisor 101 

Tammy has expertise in human resources strategies, talent acquisition, employee performance management, training and development, records management, safety and health, succession planning, employee relations, retention, investigations and employment law compliance. Tammy has a B.S. in Psychology from Boise State University. She also holds a SHRM-CP, CPHR (Canada) and CIWCS (Idaho).
