Course Information

The Supervisor Training Series (STS) is designed for anyone who supervises people.  We will focus on the foundation skills needed as a supervisor.  The Supervisor Training Series consists of 3 parts.  Each part consists of 3 individual classes.  Classes are interactive and include hands-on practice with real employment scenarios.

Tammy has expertise in human resources strategies, talent acquisition, employee performance management, training and development, records management, safety and health, succession planning, employee relations, retention, investigations and employment law compliance. Tammy has a B.S. in Psychology from Boise State University. She also holds a SHRM-CP, CPHR (Canada) and CIWCS (Idaho).
