This course is open to all sworn or non-sworn law enforcement personnel, in any division of Law Enforcement or related public service agency personnel.

Presented through a combination of classroom lecture and practical exercises, this 2-hour course will provide students with principles and techniques that will help them become successful team members and supervisors. Focus will be given to both proper communication with peers and suspect/inmates.

Chad served 23 years in Idaho law enforcement. As a commander, he achieved Advanced Patrol and Level III Detention certificates. At ICRMP, Chad trains law enforcement personnel with the highest level POST-certified training available to law enforcement and offers 30 state-wide certified classes. He also assists agencies in developing their own certified training departments.
